Therapy for Parents

Feeling supported during any of the many stages of parenthood, is crucial for the well-being of both mom and dad alike. During pregnancy, emotional support can alleviate stress and anxiety, promoting a healthier environment for the baby's development. Postpartum support is equally vital, as it helps parents adjust to the challenges of caring for a newborn while navigating physical and emotional changes. Throughout parenthood, ongoing support fosters confidence and resilience, enabling parents to effectively meet their children's needs and build strong, nurturing relationships. Stephanie works with parents of children from pregnancy throughout all the years of parenthood.
