Private Play

We’d love to host your group at our Play Village where you can enjoy the space all to yourself! It’s perfect for family get togethers, school/ daycare outings, mother of preschooler groups, parenting clubs, special needs groups and charity or community organizations where a safe and enjoyable space for playing and/or socializing is desired. We are neighbors to pizza, BBQ, mexican, chinese and sushi restaurants as well, so you’re welcome to bring those in.

Food and snacks are allowed in the play space. Coffee and kid-friendly snacks are also available for purchase within the space. However, we ask that children only eat snacks while seated. Clean shoes or grippy socks are required for safety.

FAQs

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a private play?

Yes, we require a $100 + tax nonrefundable deposit. If something comes up, you may reschedule, but the reservation must be used within one year of the original party date.

How many children and adults can the space accommodate?

The party price includes 20 children.

Can I bring in outside food or drink? 

Yes, for private parties we allow outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol.

Can I use open flames or food warming fuels to warm my food or for decoration?

For safety reasons we cannot allow open flames in our facility.  This does not apply to birthday candles.    

How much time is allowed for set-up?  

You may arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party. Please be respectful of start and end times, so we can make everyone’s party’s as special as yours.

Do I need to clean up after the event? 

Nope! We got it!

How far in advance do I need to book the event?

We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
