Frequently asked questions

Fill out the form below with the service you're interested in and your preferred time of day. Openings fill as families reach out, so the form is the fastest way to get started. We'll follow up to confirm a time that works for you.

You don't need a diagnosis or referral to start speech therapy, and ABA doesn't require a diagnosis either. Some insurance plans have their own requirements, so we'll help you check what yours needs.

It depends on the service. Speech therapy is in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, UMR, BlueCross BlueShield, and Cigna. Occupational therapy is in-network with UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and Cigna. ABA is private pay. We'll confirm your benefits before your first visit.

Every service starts with an evaluation built around your concerns. Speech evaluations run 60 to 90 minutes, OT evaluations include a parent follow-up to review results, and ABA evaluations take about 2 hours. From there, we create a plan together.
