Nutrition support that fits your real life
Personalized guidance from a Registered Dietitian for every adult's unique health journey, with a special focus on supporting moms through pregnancy and postpartum.
What does working with a dietitian look like?
Every person's path to health is personal. A Registered Dietitian looks at the whole picture, including your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history, and goals, and builds a nutrition plan that fits the life you're actually living, not one that asks you to overhaul everything at once.
We work with adults at every stage, whether you're managing diabetes or heart health, navigating food allergies, or simply looking for realistic ways to eat well as a busy parent. We have a special focus on helping moms navigate their nutritional needs during pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Along the way, you'll get education, encouragement, and ongoing support to help changes last.
What brings people to us
Tap anything that sounds familiar. Whatever your goals, you'll get support that's built around you and your life.
Eating well as a busy parent
Between work, kids, and everything else, healthy eating can fall to the bottom of the list. We help you find realistic ways to fit it into the life you already have.
Pregnancy, postpartum & breastfeeding
Your nutritional needs shift a lot during this season. We're here to help you feel confident about nourishing yourself and your baby.
Diabetes
Whether you're navigating Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes, a new diagnosis or years in, we can help you build a plan that feels manageable day to day.
Weight goals
If you have goals around your weight, we'll work together on a sustainable approach that supports your overall health and fits your preferences.
Heart health
Maybe your doctor has mentioned high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Small, steady changes to how you eat can make a real difference.
Food allergies & intolerances
Avoiding certain foods can make meals feel limiting. We'll help you eat safely while still getting the nutrition and variety you need.

Lindsay Cohen
Lindsay has lived with Type 1 diabetes since she was 9 years old, and helping others with diabetes has always been her passion. She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She knows firsthand how challenging life with a chronic condition can be, and how empowering it is to confidently care for yourself or your loved ones. As a mom of two young children, she also understands what it's like to want to do everything possible to help a child navigate a difficult diagnosis.
Beyond diabetes care, Lindsay loves helping busy families fit healthy eating into their lives and supporting people with heart health, including high blood pressure and cholesterol, as well as weight management. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading, going on walks, exploring restaurants around town, and experimenting with new recipes, and she recently discovered a love for pickleball.
